Scott Woodall and Tyler Beckett, founders and principals of STC, are building industry veterans, with extensive experience and expertise in all types of construction. They lead a highly-skilled group, including Estimating, Accounting/Financial and Project Management professionals - all driven by complete client satisfaction. At STC, each project is managed by a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, taking complete ownership and responsibility from start to finish. Throughout the building process, we only work with our trusted and proven network of subcontractors and suppliers, further ensuring that every job is executed flawlessly.

DESIGN / BUILD - Our design/build process utilizes sequential tendering whereby we place components of projects out to bid as drawings are completed and submitted. CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT - At the root of our ability to provide "One Source of Responsibility" is the planning expertise we bring to every project. RENOVATIONS - For some clients, building new simply isn't financially feasible. That's why we also offer complete renovation services for existing facilities. From cosmetic changes and remodeling to full structural upgrades, our team can plan and execute any renovation project - for even the most challenging budgets.
